July & August Updates !!

Finally..have the time tonight to sit down relax and write about the past 2 months of July & August. Its been a busy half of the year. Busy but meaningful.

JULY 2011

Went to Kuching again for our office opening ceremony. 2nd branch in Sarawak. Congratulation to Kuching team for be able to organizing this event successfully. First day in we went to Mid Year motivation talk by Chua Kang Boon GSM. It's feels good to get to see him here in Sarawak. Have a great night listening to his talk and learned a lot again from him too.

Next day its Opening Ceremony day. First time being MC in front of so many people. Excited and afraid. But practice makes perfect. Its a great learning opportunity. Oh Yes!! Wish more and more young fire burning youngster will come join us hand to hand to make this platform a bigger and better for all of us.

Third day itinerary is GA Family day. Its been some time since i joined group activities/ group outing with so much more people. It feels good to get the feeling of the GA family. I believe many of us have learned and breakthrough in this month. After few month of work, take some time to relax rethink..helps a lot. Some photos and activities...Seaside Evening Activities

Back from Kuching is Toastmaster International Sibu Mandarin Club's meeting. Have to get busy and new responsibility have been pass down to me. I got the job of VP Education - To make sure each meeting is on track and find member to do come and improve their public speaking skills. Lot's of new things to learn and lots of things to see.

AUGUST 2011

Start of August spotted this Wira in one of the coffee shop during breakfast. Its our family old car. My first drive car. SD8871. A lot of memories with this car. Just after breakfast on 12th of August 2011, the car i am driving was told will be sold, and have to pass the car on the same day!! Feels heavy hearted. Have been with this Saga for almost 2 year. Really lots of memories, hardship together. Last photo before being delivered to the buyer. Thanks for the ride and good luck to you (SAGA). I'm now officially no transport. :)SD8871

This months celebrates best friend birthday Ting Diew Kwong and mentor birthday Lucas Hii. As usual we have a party but this time we did pot luck. Everyone eat and chat. Relax and leave after a few round of GAMES....

Back to West in the mid of the month. First arrive home, mom kept this delicious durian for me. Taste is very nice. Different from the like of durians from Sibu. Next day went to KL and finally booked my first car!! It's a pre-owned version. Choose for almost an afternoon finally decided to drive this new partner. Feels excited and expecting him to arrive in Sibu very soon. Finally have my own car to work. Thanks again to previous partner - Kenari, Myvi and Proton Saga.

End of the month its school holiday. Went to Bali with Steph and friends. Nice place, nice food ,nice people and nice scenery. But it is getting too crowded during peak season. Will got stuck in car for hours!! First time seeing sunset at the beach. The sun is red. No wonder the chinese children song sings " 红红的太阳下山啦，一牙黑x2"Red Sunset

It's been a busy 2 month. But have to take some time to write down in case i forgot the events. A lot of meaningful and significant event happened in this 2 months. Feel grateful for everything and will keep on work hard in my career and in life. Life is Great !!! Cheers !!!

June 2011

It's the time of the year again. I remember last year i was eating my mom's cooked mee sua at home. Just a nip of the eye its been a year. This month, again is an eventfull month. Full with activities and events and celebrations.






First we started off with a June Birthday CelebrationParty BBQ at Diew Kwong house. This month we have 4 birthday baby. Early in the morning we went to the market to buy all the ingredients and prepare it for bbq in the night. Food is nice and we have a great time together. Simple gathering to let us get together.






Before i leave for KL, me and Steph celebrate my birthday by having a dinner at Zen Sushi. Quite pricey, food is nice. Overall 60%. But what matter most is we have the time to catch up and chit chat and date. On the same day, i receive my present from Stephanie. I got a new back pack. It is what i need now, as the old one has wear off. Thanks a lot !! Love you always :)


Next---> Back to KL. Actually this trip i planned to come back to celebrate my own birthday and mom's birthday together only. But last month Sibu team and Kuching team will visit KL, so couldn't celebrate my birthday on the same day with Mom. I celebrated my birthday with my colleagues at Maluri Agency. It's just a cake with birthday song. But the effort and 心意 touched my heart. Thanks buddies.


On the day of my birthday, my mom called to tell me that grandpa has been admitted into hospital because of block heart. Have to undergo balloon procedure. We are grateful it is detected early. The next day i went back to fetch mom and sisters and straight back to Malacca. After visiting Grandpa at the hospital, we went to take some food while waiting for visitation hours. We went to Jonker street to eat my favourite Cendol :)




This trip i manage to go to JB and Singapore. On my way back, we stopped by AH FOOK street. It's full with tasty street food. The oyster pancake is a must...!! After dinner on my way back home, we stop by night market to buy manggoesteen. It's a rare food in Sarawak.




After JB, straight up to Genting to attend Producer Forum. I changed my flight back just to attend this forum. To learn and to improve. One of the most impact that i get from Karen Su GSM "当在被后默默的支持我们的人都不在了，你还在做什么？" This sentence make me think back my parents. Really, what we need to do, we have to do it now, or else we will regret for the rest of our lifes.




On the way down from Genting, I bought some durian puff and tart for mom and sister. Besides that we visit some vegetables farm.






From Genting---- straight back to Home. The next day, i promised mother to accompany her to market to buy some food to cook. Of so many days in the week, this is the day that i wish i can do everyday. Just as promised i wake up and went to market with mom. We bought a coconut and vegetables for lunch. This morning, i am the most happy son in the world. I believe not many of us have the chance to accompany our parent to the market in the morning. For me this is the best birthday present i get in 2011.


For breakfast, mom prepared mee sua for us. As usual, it is tasty as before. Of all the places in the world, mom's kitchen is the most warming place. Love you mom..always....









Before i leave for Sibu, i manage to check out a present received from sisters. It's a men perfume. I never use one before. But i think its not bad trying to use one as well. Thank you sis for the present. Love you too.

With all the love i get, what else do i need to ask for ? My answer is nothing. I am as grateful as before, and i asked myself, with so much love, how can i hate ? What i ask for myself is i want to be the best of me and to live the life with passion, happy and gratefulness. No regrets. Love you all !! and have a great year ahead !!

Busy May 2011

Started off May with a Spring Cleaning of the Office...its been a while since last cleaning..so we gather all of our member to clean up on 1st of May...

Next is a trip down south to meet Kuching team members. Looking forward to meet them and to learn new things from Kuching team. We drove to Kuching, and it took around 6 hours to reach Kuching. We stayed for 5 days. Below are the major events:

And food food food...one of the special food that nowadays we can't find in the market is RM1.80 Chicken rice. We tasted it and its as tasty as the normal chicken rice.

After Kuching Trip, the following week went to Labuan to meet a friend. Got an affordable ticket and off i go--alone. Besides doing business, i rented a room, a car and round around the island. Kinda get the feeling of traveling alone. Erm..i think i like a company when traveling. No lonely planet vacations...at least now in these near future.

After Labuan, back to Sibu and the next few day board a plane to Miri. This time is to give a talk on Cold Calling. I'm not the expert, but i am flattered Great Eastern invited me to give a sharing in Miri Branch. Thanks for the experience !!

This month besides the busy schedules, one of the most important event is Stephanie's birthday. We went for a dinner, bought her a wristband. Cake is from the family. After so many years celebrating birthday together, how or what we celebrate is not the main thing, the most important thing is that we have each other when we need each other. Happy Birthday!!! Love you always !! :)

During one of the free weekend, i manage to get a coconut and tried to make a coconut pudding. Erm this one failed as the taste is different from the one i took before. Will keep on trying once have the free time again. Cooking is my hobby. Oh Yes!!
